Rental terms

Booking

Direct rental, no platform. An online request is not a confirmation. The booking is firm after our written agreement (email) and payment of the requested deposit.

Tourist tax

Tourist tax is charged in addition to the rent. It is payable separately, at the rate in force at the time of stay.

Security deposit

A security deposit may be required. Amount and terms are stated in the confirmation. Refund after check-out, minus any damages.

Cancellation

Before confirmation: the request may be cancelled at no cost.
After confirmation: cancellation terms and any fees are stated in the confirmation email / contract.
